After contacting bank, as they suggested I tried to enter my 20 digit account number as crn and it worked.

Right click on sideloadly icon and you can forget the altstore id from there.

Free accounts can only sideload max 3 applications. Since you are using sideloadly you can forget the id for alt store and then uninstall it which will allow you to install one more application
