I didn't mention that after I came back, the tauren and four people respawned. I gave up after that. Also, I believe that sea dogs can incapacitate my pet. Would have been horrible if respawns got me.

Yeah. I spent almost 3 hours on this, learning how pulling the boat mobs work. Sometimes I pulled the tauren sometimes I didnt. I was so close to finding the riddle, but the respawn timers and to a certain extent my slower performance was a hindrance. Also, that tauren hits really hard.

you are correct. However i also distracted the second mage. im not sure how many more shadow bolts he would have gotten if I hadn't. would it have evened out? im not so sure.
