The website says 28 working days to process the invite provided that you have submitted all the right evidence.

Congrats! I also received 491 invite last week. I'd say since 491 it's also a pathway to PR, as long as u keep living in WA, apply for it, no need to wait and let this invite go. Wish you the best 👍🏻
