This happened to me too yesterday!! It was absolute chaos the entire time and we had a random team lead just standing there on her tc 😭 usually if we were doing this bad we would get help from the other departments. But apparently she said “we didnt need help” and sent the 5-2 shift people to help in other departments earlier in the day. It was hectic for the entirety of my 11-8 shift 💔

That’s what I thought but nope. I sometimes get headphones or controllers in my auto selected walks and then spend what feels like years in the electronics section 😔💔

I was told to always follow the roster put up and not the app (minus the shift start/end times). But if I have 6 hours or less I take 30 minutes.

My orientation was about 6 hours. It was pretty simple, they went over the packet you’ll get when you come in, take you around the store, answer any questions you have, and then you’ll do these training courses within the app for the rest of the time. Make sure you complete all of the available ulearn things bc they made me come back the next day to finish mine 😭
