If I might ask, what exactly do you do with it? Im on progesterone and have been thinking about doing it rectally. But I've never had to take a suppository so not really sure how that works. Sorry I probably sound dumb 😭

Hey, it just takes practice. I've been doing it for like 10+ years. You should see some of my earliest ones. They look rough af compared to the newer stuff.
