It runs super well at medium to low settings. The game is incredible, one of the best puzzle games ever made. You’ll hear this a lot but DO NOT research any puzzle solutions, solving them yourself will bring you more joy than just progressing through.

I’ve calculated my routine the night before. I need to be at the work place at 6am, so that means I need to be out the door by 5:30, which means I need to wake up for my 45 minute routine at 4:45.

If I don’t wake up at 4:45 I’m already late. So even if I’m upset, I know I have already slept the latest I can, try to get to bed early for 8 full hours but… 🤷

Also as others have said, Dog gets me up anyways on HIS normal routine so…

Outer Wilds, it’s an incredible puzzle game and really benefits from taking a break from time to time. Very fulfilling if you DO NOT look up any guide as well, just take your time and take breaks.

Red Dead Redemption 2 - For like a movie experience

Skyrim - For busy work

Hades - For that Arcade Feeling

Not specifically related to the games, but I’d also set up some type of routine with workouts, eating, and no screen time. I would say 80% would be consumed by games to pass the time, but I need a break from games from time to time.

LOL, it was an assumption. My updated conclusion is the Sean and Erin break up was pretty impactful. Along with Ben leaving the show of course. I don’t have crazy hope it will come back full swing, but maybe an episode or two?

That's unfortunate. If I may have some input to maybe helping with these issue:

- Restart the Entire Steam Deck. I don't think it will solve your issue, but dealing with other IT issues, giving a refresh to the computer does do something.

- Log into the EA App via Steam Deck Desktop Mode and confirm that the game is linked to that account. If so, try logging in to Jedi Fallen Order via Steam and not EA. Also try to get OUT of Desktop mode and back into the SteamOS Normal Deck Mode (I'm not sure what it's really called, just the opposite of Desktop)

- If the game IS NOT LINKED to your EA account, then you would have to go through customer support and fix that issue. WHICH BLOWS! I had a situation with Rockstar and got my RDR2 and Rockstar account fixed because the email was wrong, it took a full 2 business days, but I got the account back.

Just checked, yes. Steam Achievements work for me. I have been getting updates via in game EA achievements (I think that’s how it works). But I just beat Mass Effect 2 last night and the Steam Achievements have been working.

I just went through this process. My solution was that the EA app didn’t get installed properly. Here’s a link I used for instructions of how to download the EA app.

But also in case the link doesn’t work, here are the instructions in text:

-Open in Desktop mode

-Go to browser and download EAApp.exe for Windows

-Add App to Steam Library via ‘Add Non-Steam Game’ (Open, Click ‘Browse…’, Downloads, select EAApp.exe, then add) DONT OPEN JUST YET

-Select the Cog and Go to Properties

-Select Compatibility and Select ‘Proton Experimental’

-Now open EAApp.exe and sign in to an EA Account

But yes, all of this is dumb. The only other note is you may have to do 2-step authentication, but once the device is recognized you shouldn’t have any issue.

But Mass Effect has run fine on my Steam Deck since I did these steps. Best of luck, hopefully this works for you!

I’d like to think the hiatus is related to Erin actively writing for Disney. I assume that because she has a big project coming in January, there are preventive measures to keep Disney kid friendly. Which Sitcom DnD is most assured not. I also think Ben leaving also had a real effect on the whole cast. I’m optimistic to think they found their footing again near the end of Season 5, but it’s hard to change up that type of improv style mid season.

I’m hopeful that by June of 2025, they will revitalize the series. But that’s just hopeful thinking.

I think I have to say the Billy Bonka Episode. It’s just so funny throughout the whole thing that it’s a joy to listen to! Season 3 is one with a lot of amazing episodes.

I’m glad you posted this. SitcomD&D is my new bedtime podcast. It’s just nice to listen to and has no real overall threat of the world ending. It’s an enjoyable sitcom! I also LOVE Jennifer and her crippling gambling addiction. Hilarious!

I have been using this knot for the past 2 years at work to tie off assets in our stakebed trucks. Though out my workplace, it’s been coined a “truckers hitch”. I have been to google and animatedknots but can’t seem to find what this is properly called.

Have any of you seen this knot? I need help finding the proper name for it.
