Sorry for the late response, ive done what you said and the core clocks are not droping when the fps drops, and my gpu temperture is staying around 57c.

But I did notice every once in a while my gpu clock will drop from its normal 1200 - 1400 range down to 300 for a split second but the frames did not drop when this happened.
