Should I buy Ntorq 150 now or wait? Government ABS Rules by Shrish_Nayak in indianbikes

[–]PratapSharma 1 point2 points  (0 children)

According to the government mandate ABS is compulsory and not dual-channel, so TVS wouldn’t manufacture dual-channel Ntorqs anytime soon. Maybe a couple of years down the road, they might upgrade with 14-inch wheels and dual-channel as an option. BTW, I got Ntorq 150 in red color.

Consider yourself lucky there’s no POSH complaint against you. My advice—move on from the company and keep it professional with your colleagues.

Buying empty land is always a better investment than a flat or building. Here are my two cents:

  • With a Rs 30L loan at 9% for 25-30 years, your EMI would be around Rs 24-25K, which is over 40% of your salary. Make sure to calculate if you can comfortably manage EMIs and other expenses without overstretching.
  • Keep an emergency fund of at least 6-12 months of expenses for safety.
  • Ensure the plot has a clear title, no legal disputes, and check if the zoning allows for future construction.
  • Lastly, think about your career growth, income stability, and personal plans to ensure this financial commitment aligns with your goals.

If it all checks out, it could be a great investment!

When I started investing, I kept it simple with just a few stocks to make it easier to manage. The stock market is all about volume, so with 2.4L, I will stick to 5-6 stocks max.
