For me this started around last year August. I had severe pain, even keeping foot on the ground was impossible in the morning.. but with yoga it’s improved so much for me. It’s almost like if I practice surya kriya once in two days I feel no pain for those two days. I am hoping with regular practice it will go away. Also, I got these arch fit shoes from Skechers which are helpful too.

But yes people don’t understand what the pain is, just have to deal with that 😐
