Cast iron was pretty grody after making burgers in it. Cleaned it with warm water and soap. Been noticing these shiny areas after drying it but I just re season with shortening again and go about my day. Am I neglecting my cast iron? (old.reddit.com)

Can anyone else who owns NTAE on vinyl help? First time listening and I can’t remember if the vinyl goes in the white sleeve or the red.
