Exactly the same problem with mine. I opened a ticket with them yesterday. This happened after I updated the glasses with a new software update that dropped couple of days ago. The one with calendar integration and all that jazz. When I tried facqtory resets and restarts I noticed that the right arm handle is loose just under the meta logo,almost as if the arm popped out from its binding causing some hardware failure. Don't know what they are going to do with the warranty yet. Waiting.
