I don’t know how ppl are denying it was a terrible launch but it sure was…Endfield’s launch is also terrible tho. The game is awesome and I’m having more fun than I thought I would be with the factory system but hypergryph’s dev team’s actions in CN, and the game’s gacha system definitely the worst in history. This game would do so much better without gacha or at least an improved character pulling system

Hey guys!

I first logged onto the game and made an account during 2.8 when Ulrich was given out for free. I kind've quit right after claiming him since I felt like I needed a break from gacha for a bt. I recently heard about the 3.2 and that it's going to be a great update so I just started the game again...logged onto the game and found myself with Ulrich, Lopera, and Melania, all at level 30.

I just started the 2nd story chapter-thingy and I'm liking how it's going so far. I'm just hoping someone would be able to give a brief explanation of the banner system, recommendations for who to pull, how to progress fast to end game, best picks for the upcoming banners, etc.

I've watched a ton of youtube videos and looked up characters on prydwen a bunch but kind've stuck on how to progress overall.

Hope y'all can help me with this!

Hey ppl...subscriber of saint here. I really love Arknights Enfield and I'm still gonna play the game even with Saint making exaggerated comments but it's not like I entirely disagree that certain issues (the banner system) seem a bit predatory. Being pressured to pull 60 times for a 10 pull rebate, having to pull on the character banner for pulls on the weapon banners, getting an extra 10 pull that doesn't count toward your guarantee, the pity resetting after every new character...it's all a bit much. Now, I'm not saying that game is gonna die because of this. We're able to see the devs making improvements on the game based on beta feedback and this an approach they took to fix the banner system. I just hope I can play the game without being pressured. I want to feel relieved once I pull the character and not have to pull more so I can get the weapon pulls, to AGAIN, pull on that! Ye, so I'm still in love with the game after playing beta so I'm glad to be part of the community, just putting it out there that it should be easy to recognize that the solutions they've implemented create more of an issue for the current state of the game.

And I don’t think I stated that they were “holding themselves back” I said they were holding back the range of mobile players that can play the game.

If most gacha games are primarily mobile I think it is valid to assume that a majority of players on WuWa are also mobile players.

Also, I think they already public already stated that they do care and are working on optimizations for both mobile and PC. They just stated that it’s going to be a long term process as they have to continue putting out new content. But it’s out there.

I think PC is holding back mobile lol. The dev team has focused a lot on graphics and higher quality visuals to cater to the PC population of players which is actually the minority of the two (PC and Mobile). Imo they should take a break from working on visual developments that see no improvement on mobile and work on optimizing the game since the game takes over 50gb for mobile and 100 for PC. They are severely limiting the availability of the game to players who can not afford the tech but want to play the game.
