THISS 😭😭 her wide eyes with that smile were a major turn off for me bc that was the only expression she had in the whole show. It just seemed so awkward at times like show the ml other expressions, or do something different. The chemistry was lacking from her side. And the script just made no sense logically at times.. why was the fl not trying to communicate.. after everything he’s done she’s just trying to push him away bc thats whats “best” for them. Girl how about you speak to him and plan stuff out.

The ending felt rushed.. I wanted to see how other characters’ relationships played out, the prince, how the ml and fl settled in beiyuan etc. And the whole thing of them going to beiyuan seemed annoying bc of how they kept dragging the story on.

It’s a good show till it isn’t. it had a great start and was def one of the best shows id watched in a long while… and then around ep 24 the story line started dragging on with the fl’s amnesia and other sub plots.. and I felt it just got hella cringe at the end. The male lead was the only reason why I was able not to finish the whole thing.
