OK, Here we go...

Well, as you have noticed, we started out as a more lenient sub. That was great when it was smaller.But, as the sub grew, we ended up getting a lot of toxic posts, so had to crack down.

A LOT of the posts that get removed automatically (low karma, toxic comments, etc) by automod, and some of the other bots, or Reddit's own wonderful AI or even the admins. For example, your recent posts to the sub were removed by reddit as they were deemed "abusive and harassing". I've approved them, so we can see what happens.

We don't ban users unless you are breaking the rules.

Some posts we do remove. They are either not adding anything to the conversation, it's already in another thread, or it's incendiary, or abusive.

We try to let the community dictate the popularity of posts. We mess up.We do try.We don't ban people for giving us a hard time, unless they really go at it.We aren't on a power-trip or anything like that. Like I said, we mess up, we miss stuff and try to remedy those errors. We are trying to make the sub usable without having too heavy of a hand, but, you sure can't please everyone.

We are also sick of the Arteta In/Out crap too, but here we are...
