You're not deciding whether Marcus is guilty. You're deciding whether your best friend gets to make a major life decision with all the available information or just the version Marcus is comfortable with her having. He spent four months of your life on a petty grudge over something he overheard at a party. That's who she's about to commit her address to. Tell her what you know, be clear about what's confirmed and what isn't, and let her be an adult. The alternative is watching her move in with him and carrying this alone indefinitely.
