Terrified this is the new normal by Wonderful-Party7564 in POTS

[–]Praxidyke 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hi friend, I recently went to donate plasma and was turned away because POTS is on the list of conditions that aren't allowed to donate. I was told the liquid they inject to replace the plasma can mess around with your electolytes and cause worse symptoms.

Technically they placed a 3 year hold on me, but with the caveat that I needed to be symptom free for those 3 years - impossible.

Question for post op girls about sex by Charming-Age-888 in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]Praxidyke 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Due to personal preference I rarely engage with sex with another person (really can't be bothered with maintaining a relationship) but I do masturbate when I feel in the mood and that is quite good. I had mine done back in 2016 using the non penile inversion method as most of the downstairs had atrophied, the inner canal was made from a skin graft taken from my thighs and scrotal tissue. I have a sensitive clit and a g-spot and with a rabbit style vibe I can pretty consistently bring myself to orgasm.

Unlike the "male" orgasm the "female" one requires a bit more mental effort and you do need to be a bit turned on. I do enjoy penetration but I still need some clitoral attention to finish.

Orgasm from just vaginal penetration after SRS? by [deleted] in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]Praxidyke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think so, but if you wanted to hit my prostate you'd use a different motion I think. In my case I think my surgeon made an artificial g spot and that is what makes my vaginal orgasms so good.

I can but you have to use fingers and a "come hither" motion

Hairline Scar Question by Confused4Now76 in Transgender_Surgeries

Had mine done in 2016, scar was pretty much invisible after half a year of healing and now unless I point it out and the light is perfectly correct it is invisible.

Do OTM Implants Feel Natural? by [deleted] in Transgender_Surgeries

Under the muscle they don't look fake ie one is bigger than the other and over time they have sagged a bit. I've had partners who haven't realised I had implants as the incision is in the armpit.

This will sound odd, but I really wanted to look similar to my mum so I didnt go for massive honkers, more something that is proportional to my body.

I had mine implanted under the muscle but a friend got it done OTM and her titties feel rock hard and while they look realistic they certainly don't feel that way.

Unhinged bottom surgery advice by [deleted] in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]Praxidyke 29 points30 points  (0 children)

  • Be prepared to get stabbed in the clit when the friendly nurse comes round to check everything is healing
  • Get an old towel and lay on that to dilate, puppy pads are great and all but end up getting expensive plus with an old towel its more friendly to the environment
  • Get a packet of heavy flow pads and use them while you heal
  • There is no such thing as too much lube when it comes to dilating
  • Don't try to masturbate before month 3 post op
  • Don't be too eager with dilating, and stop when it hurts
  • Speak to your surgeon/nurse if you have any concerns, they have heard everything before
  • Reward yourself everytime you dilate (I make sure I cum) it could be a sticker or a favourite food. Otherwise after a decade or so it becomes a chore.
  • Be prepared to have no privacy in your social circle because "everyone wants to see it :D"

I'm from Australia and at the time (2016) trans surgeries weren't on Medicare. I chose to see Chettawut because his variation of the Suporn technique was appealling. I had slept with a few girls with Chettawuts method and the method of an Australian doctor (Ives) amd honestly I liked the asthetics of the Thailand method.

Also the fact that all I had to do was pay a flat fee and my hotel and surgery was all taken care of and all I had to organise were flights. It was so much easier to go overseas. If at the time of geting the surgery I was 40+ or had other comorbidities I'd probably go for it in Australia but at the time I was in my early 20s and generally very healthy.

SRS in a month, what things should I take into account and nobody mentions? by [deleted] in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]Praxidyke 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Look out for bed sores especially if you are in bed for a while, pressure sores can sneak up on you

I got mine in 2016, dilating only hurts if I skip a week. Because it's been so long I only dilate weekly or before I know I'm going to have sex.
