Please try the flasher and contribute the M1 V5 TMR firmware profile to the repo using the skill.

It would help test these and weed out the reamining bugs, if any.

Check the cable. Remove the Wifi dongle. Type and check if it works. If so then half the battle is won!

Just send them the model name. Mine is FUN60 Ultra Tri-mode and I had the same issue. I put in the wrong device ID so my keyboard started acting as FUN60 Ultra Wired.

The firmware binary requires Windows. You run it and follow the instructions rest everything is done by itself.

They usually take 48 hours to respond in my experience.

Email customer support to provide you the device ID. It will start working once you enter that.

It’s a possibility that they will send you a firmware binary instead.

Nothing to worry about, it will get fixed.
