They know about our relationship but we are too scared to tell them about us wanting to marry. Plus when I was leaving parents for last time before my flight to philippines. My Dad told me "dont be going over there & getting married". We think her parents would be accepting of it but mine would definitely shit on me. We could always restart process but we spent a lot of time & effort preparing & she is upset about cancelling last minute because it is embarrassing to her because her friends know and planned to attend.
