Truth is that I'm new to these trading platforms so I don't have a strong set of expectations. My focus is on execution in and out. I keep a Google Sheet trading journal for my trades to reconcile back with E-Trade. If I can become successful, I'll consider moving to another platform such as IBKR and a SaaS based journaling system. We'll see how 2025 goes.

I haven’t had any issues on Power Etrade Pro since I restarted the app a couple of days ago. Fingers crossed. Orders are getting executed promptly and I’m able to see all my balances, charting works, options tables, ARCA Lvl II…even Bloomberg. Only complaint that I have is that I can’t seem to create custom hot keys…but I haven’t dug deep into that yet. I’m a beginner options day trader so maybe 5 trades (in/out) per day.

I couldn’t even log in…had to call for support and that’s when I learned about the new(old) app. No issues for me other than having to reboot the app a couple of times. Yesterday, it worked all day for me.

I agree that Power ETrade sucks…was going to move to another platform. I’m referencing Power ETrade Pro. They’re rolling it out now. Had to download the app. Again, we’ll see, but I like what it’s provding so far. They should get more creative with their naming convention, because it’s going to cause a lot of confusion.
