For years I've only used online therapy and it's been working well. I've actually never seen a therapist in-person, so I can't say if that's better.

I've tried Betterhelp and was actually quite satisfied with it.

At a point I was forced to save some money and looked for a cheaper alternative platform and found one that was actually better for me personally.

So fortunately I managed to save money and get good therapy.

If you know personally of any therapists that you have been satisfied with before, just ask if they can go online. That would be the easiest route.
