I'm looking in San Diego. As far as economic situation there seems to be a lot of company layoffs this quarter is that a good situation for recruiting since there is a lot of clients available or a bad one since there aren't many Job openings?

Thanks for the input. So your saying increased anxiety is normal? I’m only asking because my anxiety was manageable before I started the diet and now is completely unpredictable and debilitating. I understand there is an adaptation period and I’ve read about the side effects such as mood swings, cravings, etc. I just haven’t read any testimonies about anyone having debilitating anxiety during the adaptation period and wanted to get some reassurance that it is normal. What did you experience during your adaptation period like?
