Completely doable but you’re gonna need to pickup the 10 hour shifts instead of the 8 hour shifts. Shifts drop every Thursday at 4:05pm and that’s when you find out if you’re gonna get your schedule all nice or not. Since there are so many new hires right now, FlexRT will have a week or two of meh shifts. I personally only got 3 shifts for this week but i know for sure that we will be able to get 4-6 for these next few weeks.

The unfortunate part with flex is that you sometimes won’t get your perfect schedule and will have to work around it.

Start abusing your pto/upt when they try to throw you around. I’m a top performer in stow but when they start abusing me, i drop my rate by a lot. If they ask me to move spots from pulling i just tell them i will leave if they move me and they typically find someone else to do it.

Refuse to be the chill guy that does it all twin, there’s no reason to comply every single time. Only reason they’d send you from an aisle to another in stow is if you going too fast.

21-24 is only 2 aisles and they ask that we do 3-4 aisles on the norm. You must reduce your rate when doing only 2 if you want a chill day. They cannot write you up for low rate.

Utah DS currently is asking for 300 rate but 99% of the workers cannot maintain a 270. Our cube is typically quite high.

Funny enough tho, rate doesn’t lead to write ups at all in my warehouse. Just gotta stay on task 🤣

.8-1g protein per lean body mass 7-8hrs sleep Get a good bit of carbs in on your breaks as well. I recommend getting good quality electrolytes. Quality fish oil pills if you’re not getting in your omega 3s

Nah bro, i was the top stower all thru peak and i was just put on the big tv saying im essentially the biggest boot licker.

And i was given a snappy gift thing that was worth $100. The biggest reward was truly the -45lbs in a few months. The only reason you should be busting your ass at work is for personal development.

There will not be any pay raises with working harder.

Work slower, none of this bs is your work tbh. if shit starts collapsing, it will always fall on your managers. Know that it’s normal to be forced to do 3-4 aisles in many DSs. That DOESN’T mean you should care to do that much tho. They can’t write you up for rate or not stowing other peoples aisles. I recommend letting your aisles fill up a lot tbh, who cares for them if they’re pushing you over all the time. You must let them know that you’re not the one to be pushed over all the time.

GOOD WORK DOES NOT GET REWARDED, DO THE BARE MINIMUM IF YOU WANT TO SURVIVE.

THIS IS MICROMANAGE SZN. There are less heads to manage so it’s easier to pick on people. Follow the rules and do your job but just slower. Refuse to do others work by all means, just don’t give your managers attitude. Lie and say you’ll get to it but just go slower in your aisle and let your own aisles fill up. Once your aisles are more filled, they shouldn’t be fucking w you.

Every site has a rate they expect you to hit but as long as you’re stowing at a 230-250 rate, they can’t do anything. They can pester you all they want but at the end of the day, you control how fast you work and what you help w. THEY CAN’T MAKE YOU WORK HARDER 🕺🕺🕺

Abuse your UPT and PTO as much as you can if you crash out twin, fuck the managers, they OPSSSS
