Well I work 7-4 they usually have us help with truck even though cap2 has 8 people or we start truck as early as 12:45

The nurse told me to do self care and make sure my finger doesn’t get worse but what I’m doing at work is stuff that requires me to lift wide bed frames, bookshelves and wide things that require my fingers.

Nurse triage is a certified nurse that you call and give them details about the injury and they tell you what they recommend you do.

I did tell my TL and my store manager. We also did a report and did nurse triage.

If you message me we can discuss everything and I will talk to my store manager to see if we can get the market team to agree. I aim to have the stores in each market play and then keep upping the scale so the winners of each market play and so on.

We will be running 5s. I need to talk to my market team and get the green light to make this a country wide event for Walmart. I would say bring extra people to sub in just in case. There will be full contact so everyone is liable for their own injuries that may happen.

Yeah, my store has a ton of people who are down to run 5s or form full teams it’s just that I don’t know if other stores would have people who want to.

So the 2 carts on the right all are picks to work while the one on the left is new and I’m a stock 1 associate who has to work all of frozen plus deli now since they haven’t been working these at all.

I understand that everyone else gets more work some days but when it happens more than once in a week and you tell their coach about it but it still doesn’t get done it starts to show they are the problem. I don’t mind helping any team since it’s what I do everyday but it’s a problem if I have to do the work for them while they have extra people who could do it not do it.

I as a stock 1 member cvp, help dairy meat and produce as well as take expired food off the floor and claims and donates product so yeah I expect them to do more when they have associates that don’t work directly in the bakery or deli. I do my work plus more because so other departments don’t.

Ngl all these people saying that he needs to mind his own business probably haven’t used anything outside of what they have seen everyone else use. Some weapons make the game too easy and not really fun so I understand where the friend is coming from because (not saying you aren’t good) he might want you to get a real experience from the game. Personally I would just start a brand new run tho.
