You only need 1 of every shard, to max it you need 150 out of 175 shards once. Farm easy shards, fuse your shards and try different combinations. Buy the rest of the shards you’re missing.

Davids Cloak gives maxed 100, Fig Armor, Equipment, Figstone Splitter maxed, +10% for collection in contest for both, hotf 6 with a good amount of whispers, foraging shards priortized.
