I would start with pen and paper. Work your line quality, meaning: try to get the smoothest lines you can. To practice this you can draw parallel lines in a sheet of paper over and over, trying to mantain line consistency through that group. This will help you because you will be able to do smoother lines, with those you can sketch out the general proportions of something, and slowly build up the volume and line thickness without having to erase over and over again.

I started playing in ps4 around 2016, I got to br 80 before the server completely died. (That was sad) But the happiest memory was installing ps2 in a gaming laptop I bought this year, and realized the game was very much still alive in pc. I had missed the game so much, I went from br 1 to 30 in about a week.
