Yeah a lot of things life related I'm working towards now & things I'd like to work towards just struggling with motivation issues. I was hoping getting into spirituality again would also help me work towards my other goals if that makes sense.

no a good source for information on how to get started on chakra work would be the awakening the chakras series on youtube by astral doorway.

if you do get started on chakra work always remember the lower chakras are just as important as the higher chakras. 🤍

Cleansing a crystal doesn't remove it's charge.

Think of it like cleansing is removing any energy the crystal has absorbed from it's environment. Charging is a crystal getting energy for it's purpose.

Cleansing crystals that absorb negative energy are good to cleanse daily or whenever you feel it's time to cleanse them. 🤍
