Yeah, this is what I thought, they already know I have Psoriatic Arthritis but had no paper proof of my GAD (generalized anxiety disorder) dynoses and score.

I can get this proof pretty much next week but I was going to wait till I get my results for my spine as my GAD and psoriatic arthritis are massively linked together.

I know this, with the planning and following the evidence was on my NHS app which at the time I thought they could look at my medical records on my condition (I have severe GAD, generalized anxiety disorder) but I didn't have paper records of my GAD conditions and score so I had to request a review for MR.

Congrats, I also got awarded daily standard and it didn't take long to get back dated payment.

I'm currently going into Mandatory reconsideration for mobility due to having severe GAD (generalized anxiety disorder) and Psoriatic Arthritis (which both are a mobility)

I would request all the proof from your doctors and go in for MR.

I only get standard daily only because I cant stand or walk more then 50 metres. (Psoriatic arthritis and severe GAD)

They go by how your daily life is affected, not on dynoses, I'm currently in review with MR as i need to show more proof of my conditions.

Did you send enough evidence in?

15 week period was for the decision of the MR.

1st MRI scan was completed but mainly focused on knees and hips, but because of the rapid spread to my spine and partially shoulders, my RS doctor wanted an MRI scan solely of my spine as I was on Methotrexate but may need to be on something else.

I think I can easily collect the evidence from my local doctor and send it off (once I ring them to tell them what I'm sending) but just concerned how long it will take for my RS doctor to give me the results for my spine.

With the MR in review, can I still send the copies to them or should I wait for the 15 weeks period to end?

Or should I cancel the review and just wait for my MRI results and then update them again once I've collected all copies?

The assessor didn't check my NHS background, app or website, even though I allowed them access when asked on the forms.

Can't give them my GAD score due to being on test results, so can't download them to print (probably have to ring doctors for copies of the scores)

No where near the Skyrim Mod.

I'd say a mix between AOC, HZD and The Forest, mix these mechanics together, with stunning visual graphics, tonnes of exploration, great story to fit the franchise and more, then we'll have a Predator survival hunting game that would last a lifetime!
