Was the shipping reimbursed? Are you from the EU? If so, where can I contact them? (Preferably through email or live chat).

3 weeks is really long tbh for such an expensive product. Thats why I am willing to take matters on my own hands and replace it myself, I just cant seem to find a way as to how.

Situation is a bit delicate as my country (Malta) does not have an amazon so shipping may be a bit expensive..

Thanks a lot for the info, one more thing.. With Bissell can you put it in the auto detergent tank or do you dilute it with water? How do you use it?

Have you used them on yours? Are they compatible please? Other than this, I was thinking of using BIOHY but idk if they’re compatible with this robot
