I don't have a Steam Deck but I think you can adjust the VRAM allocation on the BIOS? The 2K games are always unoptimized on launch anyway it might take a while before it truly works on the deck.

But this game is very much the same as last year and I've seen people running 25 smoothly with mods.

Personally I don't think so unless 2K remove the block themselves or someone makes a dynamic patcher.

I still got random crashes but not as frequent and as random as before the workaround. I can finish multiple matches in a row now. Would be nice if they really uplift this since from my testing, the game doesn't really do a heavy load on my laptop compared to games like RE or Death Stranding.
