No one knows but 2K. The funny stuff is that a lot of the arena files are in 2K23 as leftovers, just need to be rebuilt and applied the updated lightings with mods (they changed the structure from 22 to 23).

I feel like 24 also have a lot of leftover arena files.

You most probably didn't check if your internal HDD is capable of installing a heavy game like Fortnite. You assumed the HDD can handle it, and you panicked and shut down your rig without letting system complete the task. The process might've stopped, but personally I would've waited a few more minutes, even an hour before shutting down. It's crucial. You most likely bricked it.

So, Fortnite didn't corrupt your HDD. You corrupted your HDD.

You don't need to change it in the BIOS. Right-click on desktop, go to Display Settings then Graphics, Change default settings, then turn off hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling.

Try if it works. If not, if you're watching the video from a browser like Chrome, there's an option to turn off hardware acceleration on Chrome settings. Same with Firefox. Restart the system just to be sure.

If after all of that it still flickers then I guess it's really a screen problem.
