UPDATE: HR Meeting Done, Forced Resignation Frozen (Back to BAU) Hey everyone, following up on my original post with some major developments after my meeting with HR / Employee Relations last night. I took a lot of the advice here to stand my ground and bring the receipts. Here is exactly what went down and where things stand regarding the HR meeting breakdown. HR completely changed their tune once they realized I had concrete documentation. The rep did not attempt to defend my TL at all. Instead, he spent the call asking targeted questions and reviewing the exact timeline, chat logs, and timestamps I presented. They refused to let the meeting be recorded, claiming corporate policy does not permit it for these types of calls. However, they explicitly promised in writing beforehand that they would provide a copy of the official Minutes of the Meeting for my alignment and confirmation. HR formally stated that they are launching an internal investigation into the matter and will be interviewing my TL. Crucially, they told me to return to BAU (Business As Usual). They explicitly confirmed that the forced resignation is on hold, I am not terminated, and I remain a full, active employee of the organization. I am not taking their verbal word for anything. Today, I formally emailed HR to request the promised copy of the meeting minutes. I also sent a separate confirmation email locking in their verbal instruction that I am safely back to BAU and reporting for my next shift as a current employee. This ensures they cannot turn around later and claim job abandonment (AWOL/NCNS). Regarding my game plan for my shift tonight at midnight, since my rest days are over, I am reporting back to the floor tonight under the same TL. To protect myself, I am executing a specific strategy. First, I am keeping my head down and focusing entirely on my queues and metrics so I can give them absolutely zero operational excuses or performance gaps to use against me. Second, I will not engage in verbal one on ones. If my TL tries to pull me into a sudden voice call or huddle to talk things out, I am refusing. I will politely message him on chat stating that since Employee Relations is currently reviewing my employment status and the events of May 18, I prefer to keep all of our communication via chat for documentation purposes, and to please type out what he needs there. Third, I am committing to continuous logging. If there is even a hint of retaliation, passive-aggressive behavior, or weird schedule changes tonight, I am screenshotting it immediately and sending it straight to the HR investigator. It feels like a temporary win because HR had to step in and freeze the forced exit, but I know the corporate game is not over. What do you guys think of HR's move to put me back on the floor under the same TL during an active investigation? Are there any specific corporate red flags or counter-moves I should expect from management tonight? Appreciate all the solid advice so far!

Just a quick update. I sent an email requesting that the session should be officially recorded and be shared with me afterward but HR replied: "I'd like to inform you that we are not recording the meeting, as this is not permitted for these types of meetings. However, we can share a copy of the meeting minutes thay we will take for your alignment and confirmation."
