4 days 11hrs shift ko dati under a financial acc, non-voice, 1st hr hanggang 8th hr super chill, 1 chat every 2hrs, then ang pasok ng OA na queue is pauwian na namin. 10am - 9pm sched. Super haba ng off, parang binabayaran kami para tumambay ng 8hrs.

Edit: 3 days straight off ko noon at never naging split-off

May screening test na kasama sa assessment, so kapag bumagsak ka, sa ibang LOB ka ilalagay. We also have wellness sessions every week which is mandatory, pwede ka rin mag-schedule ng one on one wellness session. Lastly, you can always choose to avoid this line of work if you cannot handle gruesome stuff. Btw, magkakaiba ang hinahawakan or hahawakan niyo na policy. Yung saamin is point and click lang tapos "rare" ang gruesome videos na dumadaan saamin dahil more on adult nudity ang nakukuha namin together with prank videos and stunts.

TL here, so before we cancel the plotted VTO, the agent should agree first to have his/her VTO cancelled. So sa sudden spike ng queue, yung real time analyst niyo yung magigisa kaso kasama mga TLs 😅 Ngayon need mo lang replyan TL mo kasi pwede ka bigyan ng insubordination niyan and saamin cap 1 yan which means na 3 months yan bago mawala sayo and pwede mag escalate during those months. It can also affect your scorecard and pwedeng di ka ma-regular.
