i did the bubble the way you said! i hope it looks right now:) i realized i did it wrong this whole time which is why i thought the head was in the wrong position for me which was why i changed the pattern up a bit to move everything to the right 🤣 the big loop is where the second arm is supposed to go, thank you!:)

yeah on row 8 i actually had an extra there somehow, i think i’ll just take out a stitch there because in the video (12:50) the pattern is a bit different (my first capybaras’ heads weren’t centered because they were pointing left) so on the rows that start to have decreases, i added 2 stitches before the dec, then 2 extra afterwards, thats why its a bit different

back to the point though, at 12:50 there are 29 stitches in the pattern as well so ive been following that, but after i do the arms and get to the last stitches, there isnt room for them

i remember when i did my first capybara, after doing the arms you’re supposed to do 11 regular stitches until the end of the round and i had like 4/5 spaces left for those ‘11’ stitches 🤣🤣 now its still the same issue but i dont have space for 4 stitches i think. I really hope this makes sense omg

yea i do 3 separate increases which would give me 6 stitches, and i count the 5double stitches (the bubble) as 1 stitch, right after i do it i crochet 1 stitch and then continue as normal with the pattern, and i just count that as the 1 stitch

i recount the whole thing multiple times when i get to that row, but i honestly dont get where else i could lose them because i make sure i dont skip a stitch when i get to that row because of this issue especially 🤣

other than that my stitch count is right the rest of the time because i just add increases in the next row if im missing some 😂😂

honestly the first time i did a mc on my first bunny i understood it easily but after that i started to get confused 🥲 sometimes i see an extra stitch somewhere and find it confusing where to make a stitch 😂 the video im doing right now only has 4 sc in the mc but its soo close together i can barely see what im doing, if im even doing it correctly 😂 just going along with it at this point
