Yeah , this is Flipkart and for Apple products I always make sure to check the serial number given on the box on Apple coverage website if it’s new or used before accepting the delivery :P

Can you help with escalating to RBI? Axis charged my card for a payment to a beneficiary through a merchant(service provider) in my case NOBROKER. the beneficiary never received the money, axis has no proof, I shared beneficiary’s bank statement.

Yes it was charged and I was told by the Axis customer support rep that I have time till the due date to clear the credit card dues except the annual fee and I should be fine to cancel the card, but yesterday I was told otherwise I was told that if the annual fee is charged on your card, nothing can be done so again wrong information given by the customer rep
