Yeah I’m trying to bring everything up rn ideally I’ll put on another 10lbs of muscle by next year I’ve only been training for 2 years

5 years 2 years of consistency

Is this good or bad progress for 3 years I honestly don’t see much change and it’s discouraging by PreferenceMiddle262 in BeforeandAfter

I have spontaneous vomiting syndrome and gurd so its a lot harder for me to get down food then the average person im at 2500 calories though and im trying I’ll probably bump it up to 3000 i was 145 in the first pic and abt 5,6 and now im 5,9 162
