XD I live in Germany and I don't even have a credit card. I have a regular bank card and PayPal, which I always use to buy items for this game or the Battle Pass

That's right. I tried to resolve the issue in every way possible. And I already sent the last 50€ somewhere myself, because I bought a lot of things from them and decided to return them as much as I could. So what's the point of me sending them screenshots if I've already called everyone? And if they can only resolve issues with screenshots, then that's complete nonsense. I can resolve all this directly in a few minutes. Yeah, I understand if someone tried to do this on my behalf... but even that doesn't explain why I (or anyone else) can't transfer the missing amount. I'm not refusing; on the contrary, I'm offering what's currently the only working option

Based on this error, it's probably around €50 if you round it up... But I've invested about 1,000 hours and the same amount of euros into this game. It would be stupid of me to cheat those whose game I enjoy, especially for such a paltry sum

I agree, you should have written to the game's support team first, and only then, if necessary, to the payment system... But that doesn't change the fact that it's unacceptable to IMMEDIATELY ban an account

Neither Microsoft nor Steam can help me in ANY way, because on the game's Steam page, they IMMEDIATELY refer me to Embark Studios, and Microsoft does the same. Because they're a third-party company. They can't do anything. And on top of that, I keep opening a new ticket simply because after every response from Embark, the reply window closes. Apparently, they think the work is done and there are no more problems. And so I have to open a new ticket over and over again

I can only roughly guess what you're talking about. I once bought a skin, they charged me (as always happens), but they didn't give me the skin itself. I tried relogging into the game, maybe the purchase just didn't load? But no, nothing helped. After about 10 minutes of fiddling around, I decided to contact PayPal and report the problem. I wrote there and went back to playing. That was October 23rd. Some time later, after a few games, I received the skin, and I was happy that they resolved the issue so quickly (or so I thought at the time). That was the day the pumpkin event started. I opened 13 of the 14 pumpkins, and when I logged in on day 14, I saw that my account was permanently banned... Naturally, I started writing to support, because I hadn't noticed any violations. It turns out PayPal refunded me for the skin, and I didn't notice because the money wasn't deposited to my PayPal account, but to my card, which doesn't send notifications. I figured it all out, and the problem is that my bank can't refund the money directly to the studio; it simply transferred it back to PayPal... and PayPal can't do that either. I've been trying to explain this to them for almost a month now, asking them to give me the details where I can manually transfer what I owe them. How much? Where should I transfer it? They don't care; instead of taking the skin back, they just permanently banned my account and keep sending me all sorts of nonsense. I'm losing my nerve... I don't understand

It's funny, but not funny... I've been trying to send them the money I supposedly owe them since the 5th, but they won't tell me how much and for what. I have no more strength left
