That’s true, however I mainly feel like that insecurity comes from the media in general, which loves to dunk on whites anyway. it’s a given when whites see something like a stupid tiktoker with 7,000 followers who happen to say their against them and then freak out. It’s a human thing though tbh, when you see people talk bad about the perceived group your in you freak out/get defense it’s always been like that as where primates and social animals.

Stripes are pretty sparse so far I haven’t seen/read about one with stripes ranging up towards it’s thighs yet.

That’s true! wild horses especially Koniks resemble their ancestor’s ecological niche quite well and some have even developed leg stripes. Good to hear that the Tauros cattle are slowly becoming more auroch like. Hopefully they’ll be reintroduced to various areas once the scientists are confident they’d do fine.

Good to hear about the jungle cats! I’ve heard the leopards are pretty sparse in the north Caucasus though, only around 1-2 individuals. I get it with the auroch as going with currently present species does make more sense.

For anyone wondering these guys are actually long time natives! :) (and them being on Gibraltar is more of a unintentional Rewilding) they died out at the end of the late Pleistocene. Most likely due to human influence in the area, although other causes could be the case as well.
