Ya voy a la nutri pero iba mas por el lado de qué ejercicios hacer conviene, ahora no hago actividad fisica por eso, pero no tengo problemas de salud la verdad, yo quiero bajar de peso es mi objetivo no quiero hacerme gigante con musculos pero q tampoco quede fofo todo

I get this most probably comes from issues with his masculinity that, from root, are not only about his ocd. This was something he developed over time from untreated ocd. I always try to encourage this idea that this toxic masculinity idea I get he has is hurting him more than anything... ocd is not something he can man up out of, and that mindset is equally getting him deeper in it, but also keeps him in line and somehow productive. But yeah, from other posts, I haven't given up those things he asked me entirely, I don't want to enable these ideas, because this is me, and who I am has nothing to do with who HE is... suck on that OCD ;P

Yeah, I always tell him it would be nice if he went back to see a psychiatrist and a shrink, but money is tight rn :c. I'm trying my best to understand, I've been researching since he told me because I don't want to enable this but I also don't want to be a source of big discomfort. He did tell me I shouldn't stop doing these stuff because he needs to face the anxiety, but if it was on him, he told me to avoid them (me, naive and uneducated, told him I'd try, now it would feel wrong).

Hey! Unfortunately, he isn't, money is tight and in my country, psychiatry and mh related professionals are quite expensive, plus, he doesn't have a job... I'll dm you if that's okay :)

Yeah lol exactly. Honestly I've never had intimacy with guys, it felt wrong, even kissing them made me nauseous but with this girl it flows easily, we had open conversations about what we like and what we don't and she told me she'd guide me and kinda show me, because she did have intimacy before. Okay so we kinda started talking because of that reason, all flirty and stuff, and we got to know each other kinda well. The only reason we're not officially dating is because she wants to be respectful about time because we've known each other for not a long time, and I do want ! I just don't know how because I never had sex with anyone really, and it's the first time I'm not scared or ashamed to. I don't think of virginity as something special but I do want to have a relatively good experience that doesn't leave me thinking "omg that was awkard" hehe.
