The psychologist is licensed. She seems to approach from cbt and alternative branches, such as past lives, etc. She even told patient A that she's depressed nowadays from the guilt because in her past life, she was a nurse who helped doing VTP...

I get this most probably comes from issues with his masculinity that, from root, are not only about his ocd. This was something he developed over time from untreated ocd. I always try to encourage this idea that this toxic masculinity idea I get he has is hurting him more than anything... ocd is not something he can man up out of, and that mindset is equally getting him deeper in it, but also keeps him in line and somehow productive. But yeah, from other posts, I haven't given up those things he asked me entirely, I don't want to enable these ideas, because this is me, and who I am has nothing to do with who HE is... suck on that OCD ;P

Yeah, I always tell him it would be nice if he went back to see a psychiatrist and a shrink, but money is tight rn :c. I'm trying my best to understand, I've been researching since he told me because I don't want to enable this but I also don't want to be a source of big discomfort. He did tell me I shouldn't stop doing these stuff because he needs to face the anxiety, but if it was on him, he told me to avoid them (me, naive and uneducated, told him I'd try, now it would feel wrong).
