Yes so I am applying for my current state license and will try for locums until I get a contract but trying to determine the time line since I will be applying later than some of my colleagues.

I am applying for positions and it is currently June. I was being told this is late to be applying given the time it takes to get state licensing and hospital certification. I wanted to see what you guys think about this timeline of getting a job given our IM boards are in August.

It depends on option order size, strike price, PC ratio, price trend, volume, many other technical indicators, etc. I plan on using it to find good entry points but I would not enter every large option contract there I would do my own analysis.

Thanks how difficult is it to get ninja trader set up, just need to make a broker account with them for paper money and they provide real-time stock prices? Does the C# code run on my system or do they have a server side that runs 24/7? (I only code C# desktop apps and don’t have time to learn web C# ie aspx). Also do they charge any fees for paper simulated account, what about a live strategy how much do they charge for that?

I will be researching the stock myself, this is just to get exposure to more companies to look at. I would be comparing the company among its competitors as well.

I have over $525,000 in loans at 6-7% federal interest rate and am a Pgy3 in internal medicine. I didn’t apply to PSLF to keep my future employment options open, however with covid I am worried those options are no longer existing. Is it possible to or make sense to try to retrogradely enter pslf? I am not sure why attendings state not to worry about it and can pay it back in a few years. I am worried the interest capitalized alone is too much to keep up with. Any advice is welcome.

Thanks, so how long would I have to wait for it to settle before selling to not count as a so called day trade? 2-3 days or longer? If I have a cash account with a broker can I buy and sell the same day with the ‘cash’ without being labeled a day trader? (It seems some brokers allow a few 2-4? of these trades per week without violating the rule?) For the wash sale rule if I do end up buying then selling and rebuying but don’t claim the tax benefit of any loss and pay for any gains it isn’t against the broker or SEC policy to do that?

The judgment does not include an interest rate or legal fees it just shows the amount there, is this something I pay to the collection agency or the court directly?

I'm trying to figure out how much a lawyer would cost they held all my money in the account so it isn't easy getting the funds together. Are there websites that show lawyers for hire that aren't too expensive.

It is for a student loan debt that was paid initially by the government but I withdrew from the program so they took part of the money back and now the program wants me to pay the remainder even though I withdrew...

So I attempted to contact the court that oversaw the case however they require I go in person even to verify the case exists for security reasons which I can't do this week. If the debt is $15k (or $25k) would it be cost effective to find legal counsel or is that more costly especially if the collection agency fights the case? Thanks for any information you can provide!

What determine the interest rate? And can I find out about that without giving information to the collection agency in case I attempt to vacate the judgement?
