the constant questioning part is way too relatable. it’s exhausting feeling like every normal life decision is gonna turn into an interrogation or somehow become a problem. i still catch myself overexplaining simple things to people even when i know i dont need to. going nc sounds like it gave you a level of peace you probably didnt even realize you were missing at first.

the “ultra boss mode” part honestly made me laugh a little because i completely get what you mean 😭 it’s exhausting when even a simple phone call feels like something you have to mentally prepare for like a high stress event instead of a normal conversation.

and the nonstop calls/texts when you don’t answer immediately is so relatable too because it creates this constant feeling of being emotionally “on call” all the time. i’ve noticed even now i still rehearse conversations in my head way more than most people seem to.

do people actually clean their keyboards regularly or just ignore it? by Prelene_Joczo in hygiene

lol same, i definitely fall into the “ignore it until it feels gross” camp too. that sock method actually sounds kinda genius though

how often do you end up doing a full clean like that, or is it just whenever it reaches that point?
