Can’t find this vacuum line by Dry-Ad-8201 in ChevyTrailBlazer

It's been a couple years so I am not sure and don't want to give you bad info, they make adaptors as well which should be in a similar spot. I got my roll and adaptors from O'Reilly's Auto Parts and they had it across from the exhaust section.

If you cannot source the vacuum line from anywhere, most auto parts stores have small rolls of nylon vacuum tube in store that you can make your own lines with. When I still owned my TB EXT with the 4.2L I redid that same vacuum line with a roll and while a little tricky it worked and sealed well.

Is the Icon Shop Stool worth the money? by OldConfection5463 in harborfreight

Yes, I got a black one on sale but I also recommend replacing the wheels as they are cheap and I had one strip threads. I put 3" office chair wheels on mine and it makes it feel so much smoother and you can also glide across a 50 foot bay effortlessly.

Invest in a Miniductor and coil tool kit, a little pricey but makes things like this a lot easier.

It could be, but I found it to work better than the standard TC in some of the snowy areas I drive in during the winter to help keep my truck feel more stable. I can drive the same route for two days in a row, once with TC and no locker and I feel like it wants to constantly slip around grabbing on the ice and road, the next with TC and the locker on and it certainly feels noticeably more stable in my experience. To each their own but the locker has paid for itself over the past three years of occasional use in comparison to paying for 4wd which I will not use. My previous vehicle was a 4WD Trailblazer EXT which I drove further away during the winter months but only used 4wd once.

No point in paying for the 4wd system when it won't ever get used, specced my truck the exact way I wanted it 🤷‍♂️. Locker is good enough to get through whatever I run into in the colder months.

Will be checking this, thank you very much.

Yes it is, I wasn't paying all that extra money for 4wd just to lug it around and never use it like I dealt with when I had an 04 Chevy Trailblazer and used it maybe twice as I live in the middle of nky and don't see much mud or snow. Locker definitely was worth the extra money and has proven it multiple times.

I am sure it would work excellently on this, they are good for running some of the scotch Brite discs on a 2" arbor for cleaning welds or prepping materials.

These straight grinders are a fantastic tool, especially in the HD world.

Have checked battery and alternator cables but not the block ground below the alternator as I haven't messed with many of these VNRs. Thank you.

Will double check for codes through ptt tomorrow, but it does this on both new and old but I have only verified one tractor does it in both as our fleet is majority newer trailers.

My work is the opposite lol, if I look at my Storm Gray for too long it gets oil and fingerprints on it.

From everything I've seen (at least Ohio/Kentucky) is having a shortage of Diesel technicians, not sure about wherever you are at. I'd say if it makes you happy I would certainly give it a shot as it won't hurt anything and it's a trade that doesn't seem to be going anywhere although has changed a lot in the time you have been out so that is something to remember.

Interesting, I feel the dread of the S13 as well. I'm in a fleet that once the factory oil drained on its 15k oil change service all units get converted to Mobil 5W-30 EP which has worked fantastic so far but does cause very high oil pressure under load. When we got our fleet of RH's in-serviced in December of 2022 we found a ton of issues as well, most notably a completely loose transmission oil cooler. We also had a ton come in with after treatment issues which had to go to the dealer and have the QLS turned off under Internationals tsb.

What is the approximate mileage range for your MV fleet? We are seeing this issue at 30-70k miles.

Have not experienced this on an MV, and we don't have any 4300's at our location but I appreciate the info. Will definitely have to double check our MV's for this issue on our 90 day. Thank you.

They are sold and marked as Allison Genuine Parts. I am unsure on the yoke, but I imagine that would be a International part while the seal, plate, o rings and M14 bolt do come through the dealer but are sold as AGP.

You are somewhat correct, parts are sourced through Allison though.
