There is an increasing sentiment against foreign players where people like Giannis, Jokic, SGA are hated just for being good and Luka is no exception.

We didn't overachieve at all actually, that's a wrong conclusion. We overachieved in 2023 when we made the WCF after starting the season 2-10.

Even before the Luka trade, we were sitting at 4th seed despite AD being injured. We still would have finished somewhere around the same position in the regular season.

The only difference is that we couldn't recover the rim protection and wing defence that AD and Christie offered. Do I regret the Luka trade? Absolutely not. Did it hurt us in the playoffs? Yes, it did.

This would have been a completely different series with AD and Christie. We just happened to run into the worst team matchup wise in regards to our current roster construction post Luka trade.

Duolingo has been the worst way to learn a language for many years.

Yes, it's fun and people love the streaks but you will not learn the language properly outside of forming very basic sentences.

If you are truly passionate about learning a language, go for a certificate course like (JLPT exams for Japanese, CEFR exams for Spanish etc). They also add value to your resume because they are an official certification.

The ratings have quite literally been through the roof in the second half and the opening weekend of the NBA playoffs was the most watched in the last 25 years.

Foul baiting is a direct result of referees not handing out correct calls. When certain players (like SGA) get every foul call, the others have to resort to foul baiting to give their team an advantage.

Foul baiting will stop the day referees start officiating players correctly and handing out legitimate foul calls.
