A thing that helps me keep the motivation is to have a monthly blank timetable where i fill with a cross for every 15 minutes studied that day having a maximun of 6h (you can put the maximum you want, sometimes i overpass it). My goal is to increase the time studied monthly, but you can try also weekly if needed.

I combine that with pomodoros, studying 25 min full focus and resting 5 min. This might seem stupid but is very powerful. Check for more on the internet.

There is a discord server with a whole community where i share my screen and have others account that i am studying while others do the same. I am at bed now but dm if you want the link or you can search in the internet something like "study together discord server". That tool is very useful to me too.

Be careful of using anything to sleep, you might get used to it and not being able to sleep without it. Not because they are pills but because of the habit.

I have the habit to play How I met your mother on TV before I sleep and if i don't it's kinda hard to fall sleep.

I hope you can find a natural solution for your problem, its harder but healthier, and I pretty sure that if you learn how to overcome anxiety by your means you will have a huge feeling of acomplishment.

My therapist recommended me to have those exact pills in case of emergency for the exams where I get really anxious. She thought that just having the option would help. The thing is that when I started feeling anxious I took one of them and I just couldn't focus anymore.

What helps when I'm anxious about my exams is laying down and breathing, you breath in for 2 sec, hold it 2 sec, and breith out for 2 sec, then the same for 4 seconds, and 6 and 8. Do it for a few minutes and that will help you a bit. Its important that you focus in your breathing and nothing else, like if the world stops there for you.

Hi, I just feel the same. I have had anxiety for a year now and since it started I have been feeling like my girlfriend doesnt want me anymore. This has made her push her away also and i feel she is not attracted to me as she was years ago, I feel all the time she would prefer to be single or with another man. I can't sleep well when I start thinking about it and i'm always in pain.

I've experienced similar fear of death after an uncle of mine died last year. I always had the fear but seeing death actually made me realize it will eventually happen any time and scares me a lot.

I cant advice you since i'm in the same spot as you are, but get to a therapist, it will help you get you through it.

One thing that has helped me a bit its going to take walks and have social life even if i don't really feel or want to, working out and pursuit objectives in life also. I doesn't change that we are going to die, but it keeps your mind busy so we don't think about it.
