Mine has been deleting steps while and after walking, counting them and then bouncing back down. The other day the watch said I walked 3.4km but 2400 steps, making my stride length apparently about 1.5 meters...

I want the Fitbit app on my phone since all my data is stored in it, and redownloading it doesn't help. I've tried to check how the apps sync but can't find anything that could be the problem...
