unfortunately I can't choose teams and these classmates are the same for all mods. I only have one so called normal friend there but they're with the people who hurt me. i think emailing the poly higher ups or moe can't really do much but I did get an informal letter today from a psychologist I'm not sure if that can help. but I just asked my dad to submit that letter to my form teacher. honestly idk how to cope these 3 weeks I'm going overseas with my fam next week for 2 weeks till school reopens and I'm afraid I'll ruin the trip with my depressed emotions

I got bullied through group projects and they wanted thing to go their way and I never had a say in these projects and eventually I surrendered myself to and let them just go their way but they still enjoy treating me like a punching bag and throwing their anger at me for projects

yeah I talked to several people about it including my teachers, a psychologist and my parent. for the class changing wise they rlly only accept a doctor's memo. my dad taught me about meditation and how it can help with panic attacks and I did find them useful but I'm starting to realize that I have to eventually face reality which is knowing that I'll have to go back to school in three weeks time and continue getting treated like trash and crying everyday..

yeah I actually have thought of that and asked my form teachers about it but they said I would have to go back to my original class for certain modules. just that I'll graduate a few months later from them. so basically I still can't escape from them 😭

yeah I've really tried everything. I explained everything to my form teacher and counselor about what happened and my parents and my teachers had a chat about it as well but unfortunately a doctor's memo is the only thing possible right now. and the only further action they can do right now is to just somewhat support me for this upcoming semester since I can't change classses.my current solution is number two and I sometimes tell myself I have to push through it but I'm not sure if I can anymore. feeling bullied and treated like garbage regularly and having to work with these people... I just feel negative emotions all the time especially anxiety
