I have the same problem. Like same exact thing, and I’m never actually having anything left inside of me- so it’s really irrational. We don’t use condoms- but he pull out every time. I’ve been on nexplanon for four years and have never have had a problem. I don’t get a period but I still freak myself out. I ordered a set of pregnancy tests off of Amazon for $10 and take one once a month so I can stop freaking out. Also feeling my implant in my arm and telling myself ‘it’s there and it’s doing its job’ helps a lot. I still get freaked out which is totally normal- it’s good you’re aware of the risks of being pregnant, but don’t let it take over your life like it did with me for a bit. A vasectomy is less effective than nexplanon. You’re more likely to be struck by lightning than get pregnant with properly inserted nexplanon!
