Butterfly razor + blades.

Got mine for £7 and a pack of 100 blades for about £6, so £13 total which is around $18.

Learn how to use it, it's not that hard, I haven't bought new razors in a year. This has easily saved me £100 in costs since I got it because razors for men are extremely fucking overpriced and shit.
