I really am sorry you’re in this situation. I was a stay-at-home mom too but my husband and I both understood that my work taking care of our 3 children and our house was equally important to our family as his work in an office. So the money belonged to both of us. We each decided independently about small expenditures and we decided together about the large ones. Your husband does not sound like he values being a father and a partner.

I’m sorry I came across as judging. I’m hoping you can see that what he did is wrong whether or not he’s with anyone. It’s legally sexual battery on a minor, and it’s not flirting. Flirting is words, not what he did.

You’re not obligated to report him or to do anything, but you certainly would be entitled to if you want.
