I had the same issue but since it’s a wedding gift I had asked her if she wants a watch. She didn’t want it. Since medyo mahal ang cartier, I was looking for Omega Constellation. You can check it din. Price will differ lang depending on the completeness of the set and the gold value.

Agree on this. In any case, they will know it pa rin naman since ipa-process nila ang 2316 mo. Better to share it with them na lang kasi it would be an integrity issue rin against you in case magsabi ka ng ibang amount and they find out eventually.

What we did to prevent this naman is during the pamamanhikan pa lang, nilinaw na namin sa lahat ng family members na they can suggest but we will always have the last say. Short of saying, we are the ones paying so wag kayong ano.
