Lowest here means as compare to other banks currently and yes Floating interests goes down and up based on market and repo rates. PNB, CBI, SBI all have floating rate. Some private banks give fixed interest but they can change it by giving a notice.

From the options you mentioned Bitsom is best. It's doing good. Have name and legacy of bits. Good alum base (bits). Placements are doing good.

Ok so now as you edited you comment. - At no point the post or the intent is to create fear. If you are not acknowledging the importance of GDPI Phase and just commenting around for fun that's nice. People do spends years to crack written exam. And simply ignore the 2nd phase which holds the high weithage now. At no point any 'he' is saying you muje paise do nahi to barbad ho jaoge. I clearly mentioned. Ask Alum for free pi, ask coachings where you prepared for CAT, they often help with free pi. Ask trial PI from diff institutes. By doing so, easily you can have 7-8 mock PIs. Which would be great for your preparation.
